The rights and duties of the individual: in search of civil consent. The article provides an overview of the International Conference “The Russian statehood and challenges of the XXI century”, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the 40th anniversary of the Department of State and Legal Disciplines of the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The forum was held in a mixed (face-to-face and online) format on three discussion platforms (a plenary session, a round table and a rostrum of a young scientist).
