Annotation. The article examines the history of the emergence and current course of the Chinese initiative "One Belt, one Road". The main purpose of the article is the analysis of economic and cultural cooperation between Kazakhstan and China, the analysis of the results. The "One Belt, One Road" initiative, which has attracted great attention from the international community and received positive feedback from the relevant countries. The New Silk Road in the 21st century is a large trade network combining transport, energy and telecommunications, as well as an international initiative to promote trade relations between Asia, Africa, Europe and China. The research on this topic uses complex theoretical research methods, methods of comparison, differentiation, generalization, systematization. In the course of the study, the concept of common development and mutual benefit can contribute to the development of infrastructure in countries along the route, promote the regional business environment and ensure a more even distribution of factors of production. This initiative will reduce the cost of cooperation between the countries through cooperation in the field of economic corridors, industrial parks, technological networks, communication technologies and tourism, strengthen the relevance and complementarity of the overall development of Eurasia and give a powerful impetus to economic prosperity, relieving global tensions. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the fact that the Chinese initiative "One Belt, One Road" currently defines a new course of economic cooperation with Kazakhstan. The study will analyze that China and more than 60 countries such as Asia, Africa and Europe are focused on connecting new trade and transport corridors across vast expanses of land and sea, as well as strengthening monetary cooperation, cultural exchanges and regional policy coordination between countries.
