The Impact of Small and Medium-Sized Tourism Enterprises Digital Transformation on Their Competitiveness

At present, China's economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage. At the macro level, high-quality development takes the form of high-quality economic development, while at the micro level, it manifests as high-quality enterprise development. High-quality enterprise development is the foundation of high-quality economic development. This study explores the mechanism of the digital transformation of small and medium-sized tourism enterprises in terms of their competitiveness and analyzes the regulatory role of environmental uncertainty in the relationship between digital transformation and corporate competitiveness. From the perspective of tourism enterprises, it is necessary to improve the level of data application capabilities, build a digital talent training system, and transform organizational culture and management models; from the perspective of the government, it is necessary to improve the top-level design of digital transformation, build a favorable digital environment, and increase government support.
