The Judiciary Reformation Project in the mid 1980s to the early 1990s: On the Example of Establishment of USSR Constitutional Supervision Committee

The article is devoted to the analysis of draft normative legal acts regulating the establishment of the Constitutional Supervision Committee of the USSR. The analysis of the development of the judicial system in the Constitution of the USSR is carried out. The author of the article highlights the powers of the Committee for Constitutional Supervision of the USSR. The types of decisions taken by the Committee of Constitutional Supervision of the USSR are established by combining them into groups.
