The article highlights the problem of resilience of people with disabilities in difficult life circumstances, is to theoretically and empirically study the peculiarities of resilience of people with disabilities and the impact of difficult life circumstances, crisis conditions (war) on the development of their stress resistance and resilience. The results of an empirical study of the psychological characteristics of the resilience of people with disabilities and the impact of difficult life circumstances and crisis conditions (war) on the development of their stress resistance and resilience are presented. The distribution of persons with disabilities depending on their health status assessment, as well as in comparison with the previous year; depending on different types of activities and the presence of problems with work or other regular daily activities due to physical health, emotional problems, etc. The peculiarities of assessing the health status of persons with disabilities depending on their gender, age, place of residence, etc. are investigated. The expediency of developing and testing specially organized psychological training for persons with disabilities, which will contribute to the development of their resilience and resilience of people in difficult life circumstances of today, is stated. The prospects for further research in the context of creating a model for the development of resilience of people with disabilities to overcome difficult life circumstances, the ability to recover from stressful events, tragedy or trauma are outlined.
