The research aims to identify common principles and differences in the implementation of these concepts, addressing potential challenges and areas for improvement. By shedding light on the foundations of informed consent, legal capacity, privacy, and dignity in medical law, this study contributes to a better understanding of the rights and responsibilities of patients and healthcare professionals.
