Regulation of responsibility for crimes against justice in the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan

The Republic of Azerbaijan has regained its state independence as a full-fledged subject of international law in its development building a democratic society, took the path of socially oriented market economy relations and has become one of the leading countries of the modern world. In the early years of independence establishment of a legal and democratic social structure in front of our state, important tasks such as the organization of justice at the level of modern requirements have stood. Preservation of social and political stability in our country, sustainable development of socio-economic relations, ensuring the rule of law and legality, especially, under the leadership of the victorious Commander-in-Chief Mr. President Ilham Aliyev The liberation of our lands from the occupation of Armenia by the brave Armed Forces of Azerbaijan and the full establishment of state sovereignty in the entire territory of our country made it possible to achieve the mentioned tasks at a high level.
