The article addresses the issue of low motivation among students in special medical groups to participate in physical education activities in higher educational institutions. It provides an analysis of the main factors affecting student engagement in physical activities, such as physical condition, psychological aspects, awareness of the benefits of exercise, and the individual characteristics of each student. A key aspect of the research is the justification for the need for a personalized approach in the physical education system, which will enhance the effectiveness of classes and ensure a higher level of motivation. The article offers methods for individualizing training programs, adapted to the needs of students with varying physical capabilities, and examines the impact of such programs on improving health and overall physical development. The conclusions highlight the importance of introducing motivational mechanisms and individualized training plans that take into account students' medical conditions. The results show that this approach can significantly increase students' interest in physical education and positively influence their level of physical activity and overall health.
