Abstract
Although menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) is the most effective treatment for the relief of hallmark menopausal symptoms, such as vasomotor symptoms and the genitourinary syndrome of menopause, it is vastly underused. 1In this issue of JAMA Health Forum, Yang and Toriola 2 provide compelling insights into temporal trends in MHT use in the US in recent decades, with important implications for clinical practice and women's health.This study analyzed data from the National
