Work engagement has an important role in determining the success of an organization, therefore, work engagement must be owned by every individual who works so that organizations and individuals can work optimally. Some things that can help the level of work engagement include organizational commitment, perceived organizational support, and work meaningfulness. This study was conducted to examine the effect of perceived organizational support and work meaningfulness on work engagement of generation Z employees with organizational commitment as a mediator. This research uses quantitative methodology. Data collection on participants using an online questionnaire through the Google Forms platform. The data analysis used in this study is regression-based mediation analysis with the help of Smart PLS software. The results showed that perceived organizational support, work meaningfulness and organizational commitment have a direct influence on work engagement in generation Z employees at PT. Y. Then organizational commitment also has a mediating role in the influence between work meaningfulness on work engagement but not on perceived organizational support on work engagement.
