Digital transformation of the enterprise: the impact of technology on the effi ciency of business processes

Digitalization of business processes helps companies to reach a new level, meet rapidly changing conditions, and communicate more eff ectively with the audience. Today, this is already a natural condition for business development, which underlines the relevance of this study. The article discusses the general advantages of digitalization of business, which justify the need for these processes in a modern company, regardless of the scope of its activities. In addition, the main elements of the digital transformation of business processes, which are currently the most widespread and infl uential, are summarized. Each of these elements of digital transformation has a direct or indirect impact on all business processes. We will also trace the basic stages of the digitalization process and focus on specific examples of their implementation in the practice of the IT laboratory.
