The article analyzes the peculiarities of the formation and development of information digital society at the present stage and the associated emergence of the problem of forming a new level of specialists in the legal sphere. First of all, modern lawyers, in the conditions of rapid digitalization of all spheres of life and constant technological improvement, should be fluent in ITtechnologies and be able to apply them in practice. Besides, a modern lawyer should have an idea of new digital software products that, on the one hand, will significantly simplify the work, accelerate the process of preparing standardized documentation, and at the same time improve its quality by introducing artificial intelligence into new programs.
