Abstract

: Dovitinib (DVB) is a pan-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that can be administered orally. In September 2023, the FDA granted Oncoheroes approval to proceed with an Investigational New Drug (IND) application for dovitinib. This application is intended for the treatment of relapsed or advanced juvenile solid tumors, namely, osteosarcoma.
