This research was conducted in the Human Resources and General Division of PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara. The aim of this study is to understand the implementation of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) as a process of digitizing employee data storage, and to determine whether the implementation of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) can assist human resources in managing all employee data and information. The research method used is qualitative research. Data collection in this study was obtained through interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies. The analysis of this research is organized using descriptive analysis methods. The data analysis technique used is based on the theory of Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) at PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara greatly assists human resources in collecting, managing, and updating employee data. Human resources also find it easy to locate the required data or information, thereby increasing efficiency. This research is expected to provide information regarding the implementation of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) at PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara.
