The aim of the study is to investigate the effect of green human resource management (GHRM) practices on corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the triple bottom lines of performance (TBL). Data were harvested from managers of pharmaceutical firms in Jordan using a five-point Likert scale administered to a purposive sample consisted of 200 managers. Responses used in data analysis composed 71% of the distributed questionnaires. The results supported the hypotheses that GHRM exerts significant effects on CSR and economic performance while CSR shows significant effects on social and environmental performance. The study contributes to the body of knowledge on TBL of performance through emphasising that GHRM is a key antecedent of CSR as well as GHRM and CSR are crucial prerequisites for organisations to boost their TBL of performance. Meanwhile, scholars are recommended to examine such results to deep our understanding of the effect of GHRM and SCR on TBL of performance, as well, managers are required to pay a great attention to both GHRM and CSR due to their simultaneous effects on TBL of performance.
