The Evolution of Violence in the Age of the Technological Revolution: From Physical Coercion to Digital Forms of Control

Objective of the study is a philosophical understanding of the transformation of the phenomenon of violence in the era of the technological revolution. Special attention is paid to the transition from traditional physical coercion to digital forms of control, as well as to the analysis of the role of algorithmic mechanisms in the restructuring of power relations. The research is aimed at forming a conceptual framework for interpreting the impact of digital technologies on the axiological and phenomenological foundations of social reality.   The methodological basis of the study is an interdisciplinary approach that integrates socio-philosophical analysis, historical method, phenomenological approach and critical reflection of digital technologies. Theoretical modeling methods are used to map the main trends in the transformation of violence, and ethical analysis aimed at assessing the algorithmic mechanisms of power. The results of the study. The study demonstrates that in the context of the technological revolution, violence is undergoing significant changes, becoming virtualized, dematerialized and distributed. It is revealed that algorithmic violence, implemented through cognitive control and structural oppression, is a new modality of power that masks its coercive nature by projecting objectivity and neutrality. It is shown that digital expansion creates challenges for the classical concepts of freedom, autonomy and responsibility. Prospects of the study. The future study of forms of violence is related to the development of ethical guidelines and regulatory mechanisms capable of minimizing manipulation and discrimination in the digital environment.
