The Construction of a First-Class Teaching Staff from the Perspective of National First-Class Undergraduate Major Construction Points

国家级一流本科专业建设的关键是要有一支一流师资队伍。当前一流本科专业建设高校师资队伍存在结构不合理、引育体系不完善、评价机制不健全等问题。为此，一流本科专业建设高校需加强顶层谋划，优化教师队伍结构；引育并举，完善师资队伍引育机制；教学科研相结合，完善师资队伍多角度评价体系，以建成一流的师资队伍，支撑保障一流本科专业的建设。The key to the construction of national first-class undergraduate programs lies in having a first-class teaching staff. Currently, the teaching staff in the universities undertaking the construction of first-class undergraduate programs have problems such as an unreasonable structure, an imperfect introduction and cultivation system, and an incomplete evaluation mechanism. Therefore, these universities need to strengthen top-level planning to optimize the structure of the teaching staff; adopt a dual approach of introduction and cultivation to improve the mechanism for the introduction and cultivation of teaching staff; combine teaching and research to improve the multi-angle evaluation system for the teaching staff, so as to build a first-class teaching staff to support and guarantee the construction of first-class undergraduate programs.
