Currently, personnel security is a particularly urgent task for any organization that affects the preservation of its sustainability and competitiveness. The rapid development of technology, economic instability in the market and changing standards of communication between management and employees – these factors indicate the need for careful and thoughtful personnel management. Lack of qualified specialists, risks of leakage of confidential and official information, disagreements and conflict situations within the team, as well as lack of motivation are the most common personnel threats. These problems have a huge impact on the efficiency and stability of the entire organization, on its long-term development and market stability. The authors of the article focus on the relevance of the topic due to the need to develop effective measures to minimize personnel threats to the organization, which help to quickly identify potential threats and form reliable protection mechanisms in a dynamically changing market situation.
