Personnel Security: Key Aspects and Methods of Ensuring in Organizations

in the article, the problem of ensuring personnel security is proposed for consideration, the tasks and threats of personnel security are considered. A predictive analysis of the concepts of "threat to personnel security" and "personnel risks" is carried out, and some consequences of non-adoption of preventive management decisions in terms of personnel security management are presented. Preventive measures are described to minimize the occurrence of threats. The authors present approaches to personnel security management based on procedural and interactive tools. The system of indicators of personnel safety of the enterprise is highlighted and designated, which includes the development of methodological aspects of determining indicators of personnel safety and their quantification by calculating the integral index of personnel safety. At the same time, a set of internal organizational factors and criteria for their influence are determined. The practical applicability of the research results is assumed.
