Contracting as a factor in the development of small-scale farming in the agricultural sector

The article, based on advanced foreign experience, shows the role of contracting in the development of small business entities in the agricultural sector. It is noted that in Russia, due to the policy of monopolization of property and concentration of production in the agro-industrial complex, due attention is not paid to the formation of contractual relations in the industry, which negatively affects the state of these forms, and has also led to many negative economic, social and environmental consequences. A conclusion is made about the need to increase the social orientation of the agrarian and economic policy of the federal center of the country
