Eurhythmics breaks away from the traditional desk-based teaching model, emphasizing the experience and expression of music through body movements to promote harmonious physical and mental development. This approach has not only had a significant impact on music education but has also demonstrated unique value in fields such as dance, special education and music therapy. This paper explores Eurhythmics from several dimensions, including its origin and development, functional value, and application strategies in primary school music classrooms. It further proposes practical suggestions for applying Eurhythmics in primary school music education, aiming to provide a reference for music educators and to better support the practice of basic music education in China.
