This paper delves into the transformative role of AIGC in the cultivation of university media talents, with a specific focus on its application in the "Introduction to Journalism" course. By analyzing the current status of media talent cultivation and the challenges faced by traditional teaching models, it elucidates the opportunities presented by AIGC in terms of enriching teaching content, innovating teaching methods, and enhancing practical teaching.
