The global economy has been changing very rapidly in recent decades. All over the world, employees represent one of the biggest and most valuable assets for the state and companies. The use of motivational factors has transformed the way businesses treat employees, thus making them more effective at work. Therefore, this research aims to explore the motivational factors that influence employees in a private organization, viewed through the lens of motivation theories. The study could identify key factors that contribute to higher levels of employee motivation in dental clinics, which in turn can lead to better job performance, reduced turnover, improved patient care, and greater overall clinic success. Insights from such a study could help dental clinic managers implement more effective management practices and workplace strategies that foster motivation. Based on literature and various publications that have been made on motivation theories, through this study it is intended to reach some conclusions and give some recommendations on the motivation factors of employees of dental clinics as a whole or other similar sectors categories of medical workers. Based on the goal of managers to enable and ensure a guaranteed success of their organizations, precisely the identification of the motivating factors of employees, it is thought that the diversity of professions within this organization is also intended to highlight the motivating factors for each category of professions that will certainly serve as a very important indicator for managers, to understand the expectations of each employee and meet their requirements. This study focuses on the staff of the "Creadent" Dental Clinic in Tirana, selecting a sample that includes professionals from all areas of the clinic. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative research techniques to gather comprehensive data. This study seeks to investigate and obtain information through a questionnaire consisting of 8 sections. The questionnaire was distributed to all clinic employees. A total of 70 questionnaires were distributed, of which all were valid. The results and answers of the questionnaires have been processed and presented in the Figures and Tables of the study. In the end, it is widely believed that the use of motivational factors can significantly improve the performance of employees at work.
