The article examines the features and significance of human resource management as one of the key factors in enhancing organizational performance. It analyzes modern approaches to working with human resources and their impact on labor productivity, organizational climate, and the achievement of the enterprise’s strategic goals. Special attention is given to the formation of an effective system for recruitment, development, and motivation of employees, as well as the creation of favorable conditions for unlocking the professional potential of each worker. The importance of a comprehensive and systematic approach to personnel management is emphasized, along with the need for continuous improvement of HR practices and adaptation of personnel policies to changes in the external and internal environment. It is highlighted that effective human resource management contributes to strengthening the organization’s market position, increasing its competitiveness, and creating conditions for sustainable long-term development.
