The tourism sector is integral to the United Arab Emirates' (UAE) efforts for economic diversification, reducing dependence on oil revenues. This paper explores the opportunities and challenges within the UAE tourism industry, particularly focusing on sustainability and geopolitical factors influencing foreign investment. As international investors increasingly prioritize environmental stewardship, understanding stakeholder perceptions regarding sustainability becomes essential for the sector's future viability.
