This paper presents bidirectional wireless control method (BWC) for a direct current (DC) motor using the wireless communication with fully consideration of the threat of insecure in communication, which appears under the data transmission processes. The chaotic system was used in discrete-time domain for implementing the encryption and decryption in the micro-controllers in transmissions of both duty and speed signals. To obtain the goal, the chaotic system was converted into Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy (TSF) model for softening the calculation and stability analysis. Second, the sliding mode control (SMC) with new reaching law was designed to synchronize the slave system tracks the master system, which was used for both sides of the communication system. Third, the disturbance observer (DOB) was designed to compensate for the attacked signals on public channels and the uncertainties on both sides of the communication system. Fourth, the feasibility of stability was proved based on the Lyapunov condition. Finally, the simulation and experimental studies were given to the electric drive control signals to show the power and effectiveness of the designed method. The given results shown that the proposed secure communication system (SCS) performed good for the wireless control of direct current motor control system with the measured speed can precisely tracked the referenced speed.
