The current level of development of enterprises requires the use of HR platforms to increase motivation and efficiency of work with personnel. The article discusses innovative HR-platforms of personnel management that allow solving the tasks of personnel motivation facing each organization. The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that in order to increase the efficiency of personnel of commercial enterprises, it is necessary to use new technologies, including innovative HR platforms. Changes in the labor market, a shortage of personnel, a change in the priorities of employees, the use of digital technologies in all personnel management processes are causing changes in the approaches of commercial enterprises to managing staff motivation and the use of innovative HR platforms. The article discusses various approaches to clarifying the term “staff motivation.” The study provides an overview of innovative HR platforms in the field of personnel motivation and identifies their main capabilities. Positive and negative aspects of the introduction of innovative HR platforms have been established. The article presents the author’s approach to the risks of introducing innovative HR platforms to motivate personnel of commercial enterprises. Recommendations have been developed for the implementation of platforms for the personnel management service. Using these recommendations, you can avoid some problems when using HR platforms. The introduction of new motivation technologies should be based on an in-depth analysis of the proposed capabilities of HR platforms and internal changes in the enterprise, studying the pros and cons of existing HR platforms. The competent choice of an innovative HR platform opens up opportunities to increase motivation and the level of staff satisfaction, affects the success of the company.
