Since the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy, China has achieved remarkable progress in various fields, including economy, technology, and culture. As the Chinese nation continues to rise and China's status on the international stage grows, the influence of the Chinese language has also expanded significantly. Additionally, the long-standing civil exchanges between China and Southeast Asian countries, as well as the rich cultural interactions among their residents, have further strengthened ties. Since the formal establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Southeast Asian countries, bilateral exchanges in politics, economy, and culture have intensified, leading to increasingly frequent and friendly civil interactions. In this process, friendly organizations between nations have played a crucial role in promoting these connections. With the advent of the 21st century, cultural interactions and cooperation among countries have become more frequent, deepening mutual understanding and fostering stronger friendships among people. Currently, the "Chinese language fever" is flourishing globally. The Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) is dedicated to promoting international Chinese language education, dispatching a large number of international Chinese language education volunteers worldwide each year to teach Chinese and disseminate Chinese culture. Against this backdrop, Southeast Asian countries have been continuously receiving a significant number of international Chinese language education volunteers for local teaching. Over the past three decades, most scholarly research on the management of Chinese language teaching in Southeast Asian countries has focused on macro-level analyses, often lacking innovation and with limited studies targeting specific regions within these countries. Therefore, this paper investigates and analyzes the cooperative teaching management of Chinese language education at DeZhi National School in Malang, Indonesia, as a case study. The paper provides constructive suggestions for improvement, aiming to offer reference points for future in-depth research in this area.
