The article is devoted to the disclosure of «The Free Nations of Post-Russia Forum»47 as a tool for the formation of internal political tension and the creation of centrifugal tendencies in the territory of the Russian Federation. The object of the study is the ethno-national factor in modern political processes, the subject is «The Free Nations of Post-Russia Forum»48 as one of the Western mechanisms for weakening the statehood and fragmentation of the Russian Federation. The research methodology is represented by systematic, instrumentalist and discursive approaches. Based on the monitoring of the activities of the «The Free Nations of Post-Russia Forum»49 and its structural divisions, political technologies aimed at the formation ofethnic radicalism in Russia have been identified. The forum’s network structure allows not only to take into account the individual characteristics of individual peoples living in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, but also to scale its activities for more effective ethnonational mobilization in anti-Russian terms. The author of the article shows that the «protection» of various ethnic groups from the alleged «colonial» control mechanisms of the federal center of the regions justifies the «need» for nuclear disarmament and demilitarization of Russia. At the same time, the so-called «decolonization» and «deimperialization» are considered by the countries of the collective West as one of the stages of the military-political weakening and subsequent fragmentation not only of Russia, but also of the collective Non-West as a whole.
