This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) on environmental performance, as well as the mediating role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT Hakaaston, Bakauheni–Terbanggi Besar Section. Using a quantitative approach and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via AMOS version 25, the study surveyed 151 employees. The results reveal that GHRM positively and significantly influences environmental performance directly and indirectly through the mediation of OCB. The Sobel test confirms OCB as a significant mediator. This research highlights the importance of environmentally oriented HRM strategies and proactive employee behavior in improving corporate environmental performance.
