In this era of digitalization and rapid technological advancement, highly skilled, knowledgeable, well-informed, and integrity-driven human capital is a key element required to achieve the status of a developed country. The development of human capital with integrity involves integrated efforts from families, communities, and organizations in shaping individuals’ character in alignment with noble values and ethics. In the context of an increasingly complex and challenging society, human capital with integrity is fundamental in building trust, fostering cooperation, and ensuring social justice. The concept of adab (Islamic ethical values) from the Islamic perspective is closely related to these values. Individuals with integrity will consistently act honestly, responsibly, and trustworthily, as well as be capable of making fair and ethical decisions. Therefore, this study aims to identify the values of adab according to Islam that are relevant to the development of human capital with integrity, as well as to explain the methods of applying these values in the context of human capital development. Data for this study were collected through text analysis and subsequently analyzed using a thematic analysis approach. The findings indicate that the Islamic values of adab identified can be applied among various groups within Malaysian society through specific methods. The application of these adab values is important in forming quality and competitive human capital.
