Due to its low damping, limited structural stiffness, and complex dynamic behavior, the flexible photovoltaic (PV) bracket is prone to significant wind-induced vibrations. The aeroelastic model can capture the multi-modal coupling effects in wind-induced vibrations of flexible structures. This study designed and fabricated a two-row three-span PV panel model for aeroelastic testing and conducted vibration measurement at different inclination angles (−15° to 15°) and wind direction angles (−90° to 90°), aiming to investigate upstream wind interference and evaluate the vibration suppression effect of the vertical baffle. The results show that (1) when the wind direction angle changes, the amplitude of the downstream PV panel generally exhibits lower vibration amplitudes than the upstream one; when the inclination angle changes, the amplitude of the downstream PV panel shows greater amplitudes than that of the upstream; the frequency of the downstream PV panel is generally higher than that of the upstream under the critical wind speed; (2) the influence of upstream PV panel vibration on flow field will reduce the aerodynamic stability of downstream PV panel; and (3) the vertical guide plate suppresses torsional vibration of upstream PV module by over 20%, while the suppression rate exceeds 90% for downstream one.
