Parvovirus infection is the most common and dangerous infection among puppies, especially at an early age. It is characterized by high mortality. Clinical signs indicate a severe condition of the body and require urgent intensive therapy measures. Changes in the hemostasis system during the course of the disease play a leading role in the pathogenesis of complications. The aim of the study is to determine the nature of changes in vascular-platelet hemostasis in manifested parvovirus enteritis in puppies and to clinically test the effect of colloidal and crystalloid solutions on the correction of vascular-platelet hemostasis indicators in a comparative aspect. General clinical, hematological, and hemostasiological studies were conducted, and statistical processing of the obtained data was performed. It was found that the age group most susceptible to infection is 2–5 months, with a peak incidence at 3 months. The manifested form of parvovirus infection is characterized by a symptom complex of intoxication, dehydration, and exhaustion. At the beginning of manifestation, vomiting is a constant symptom. During the peak of the disease, the characteristic symptom is signs of hemorrhagic diarrhea. The state of the vascular-platelet hemostasis system is characterized by significant thrombocytopenia, a decrease in plateletcrit (P < 0.001), an increase in the average platelet volume (P < 0.001), spontaneous aggregation of erythrocytes and platelets (P < 0.001), and the vascular wall wetting index (P < 0.001). These indicators indicate the process of thrombosis in the body, which is especially dangerous for the microcirculatory bed. To achieve a disaggregation effect, clinical testing of the infusion of the colloidal solution Rheopolyglucin and the crystalloid solution Rheosorbilact was conducted. With the use of Rheopolyglucin, the indicators move towards recovery 1.5 times in the first 24 hours, 2 times in 48 hours, and reach reference values in 72 hours. With the use of Rheosorbilact, the indicators recover 2–2.5 times by the end of the observation period, but do not reach reference values. It was found that the use of Rheopolyglucin allows achieving a disaggregation effect twice as fast and reaching reference values. Rheosorbilact registered an average effect of disaggregation of formed elements.
