Currently, the development of Guangxis rural economy remains a key focus for both local and national governments. Achieving healthy and sustainable development, accelerating rural economic construction, and improving its quality and scale are matters of great significance, as they directly affect the vital interests of the general population and the overall national economy. Preventing large-scale return to poverty and achieving sustainable poverty reduction are critical issues for Guangxis agricultural and rural development. Conducting in-depth research on the level of rural revitalization in impoverished counties and identifying its constraining factors is of significant academic and practical importance for formulating effective decision-making mechanisms and policy systems, and for ensuring a smooth transition from poverty alleviation achievements to rural revitalization. In this context, this paper focuses on analyzing the constraints to rural economic development in Guangxi Province and proposes specific optimization strategies aimed at improving the level of rural economic development in the region.
