Hospitals that have implemented the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) on average have less than optimal services because in addition to technology which is the main driver of organizational activities, it also causes the availability and smoothness of information that depends on the use of information technology through the development of various application in an organization. Hospital e-medical record personnel also play an important role in the smooth use of the SIMRS application. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) and Compliance of E-Medical Record personnel on the Quality of Health Services at Annisa Cikarang Hospital. The research method used is descriptive verification with quantitative methods. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The number of samples is 66 respondents with a questionnaire data collection technique. The data analysis tool used is the SPSS 25 application. The results of this study indicate that the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Health Services. Compliance of E-Medical Record Personnel has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Health Services. The magnitude of the influence of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) and Compliance of E-Medical Record Personnel on the Quality of Health Services is 77,8%.
