Sustainable tourism has become an essential focus in the hospitality industry due to the increasing awareness of environmental, social, and economic impacts caused by mass tourism. This study examines the management of The Anvaya Beach Resort Bali in supporting sustainable tourism development. Despite the growing body of research on sustainability in the hotel sector, there remains a gap in understanding how specific resorts implement and measure the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives in key tourist destinations like Bali. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a documentation study method. Data were collected from various sources, including sustainability policies, and academic publications. The collected data were analyzed to identify patterns, and challenges related to sustainable hotel management, focusing on environmental, economic, and socio-cultural impacts. The findings indicate that The Anvaya Beach Resort Bali has successfully implemented several sustainability practices, including reducing plastic waste, improving energy efficiency, preserving local culture, engaging tourists in conservation activities, and utilizing eco-friendly materials. These initiatives have contributed to reducing carbon emissions, strengthening local community participation, and enhancing the overall sustainability of the tourism sector in Bali. Furthermore, the resort’s approach aligns with the global sustainability agenda, particularly Indonesia’s target to reduce carbon emissions by 29% by 2030 under the Paris Agreement. The study concludes that sustainable hotel management can serve as a model for other resorts aiming to balance profitability with environmental responsibility. Future research is recommended to assess the long-term impact of these initiatives on tourist behavior and local economic resilience
