Strengthening soft skills in basic education is important to shape students' character, but its implementation is still a challenge for teachers. This article evaluates the effectiveness of the TMRH (Teaching, Modelling, Reinforcing, Habituating) model in improving teachers' understanding and ability to teach soft skills. This study involved 12 elementary school teachers in Purbalingga Regency and used an exploratory case study approach with pre-test, post-test, and focus group focus. The results showed a significant increase in teacher awareness and readiness post-training. The findings also reveal implementation challenges, such as time constraints and the need for systematic evaluation. The TMRH model has proven effective, and this study recommends advanced training and the integration of soft skills in national curriculum policies.
