This study investigates how Fintech platforms such as UPI (Unified Payments Interface), PhonePay, Google Pay, and Paytm are helping bridge the gender gap in financial access by enabling women to participate more actively in digital financial activities. The research specifically focuses on women from various educational, occupational, and income backgrounds, where traditional banking services are often limited. The primary data was collected from 200 women respondents using a structured questionnaire covering aspects like Fintech awareness, usage patterns, perceived benefits, and challenges. The data analysis revealed that young, educated women especially students and salaried individuals are leading the way in adopting Fintech services. A significant number of respondents reported that these platforms have improved their financial independence, helped them manage their money better, and reduced their dependency on others for financial transactions. This study not only provides statistical evidence of how Fintech is impacting women's financial behaviour but also sheds light on the challenges and opportunities for creating a more inclusive and empowering digital financial ecosystem. The findings suggest that with targeted awareness programs, simplified interfaces, and trust-building initiatives, Fintech has the potential to become a game-changer in empowering women economically and socially across India.
