The purpose of this study was to find out study methods that students apply according to their personality types. The MBTI personality type test and learning methods test were administered, and the study methods used according to personality types were also analyzed based on students’ midterm grades. The instrument for students learning methods consisted of five factors such as learning motivation, learning attitude, self/environmental management, information processing, and test management, which were extracted through literature analysis and were evaluated by experts. A fourway ANOVA and an ANOVA were conducted. As the results, first, there were statistically significant differences depending on MBTI personality types. EI, SN, TF, and JP personality types were found to use EI, SN, TF, and JP learning methods, respectively. Second, the highachieving students were found to be using different learning methods from the lower group students. Highachieving students of ESFP, ISFP, and ISTJ types showed significant differences in motivation learning method.
