Due to its high nutritional content and economic importance, almond cultivation in our country has been increasing every year, and foreign almond cultivars are being used more in almond orchards. Since these cultivars do not show the same performance in every ecology, it is important to determine suitable varieties for the regions considered for cultivation. In this study conducted for 2 years for this purpose, yield and fruit characteristics of the grafted Ferragnes, Ferraduel, Lauranne, and Marta varieties on Garnem rootstock planted in Şambayat and Besni districts of Adıyaman province in 2014 were determined. The yield per tree did not vary according to locations, and the highest kernel yield was obtained from the Marta cultivar (5439.34 g/tree). The yield per unit cross-sectional area was higher in the Şambayat location with 22.02 g/cm². Locations did not affect the nut weight, kernel weight and kernel ratio. While the highest nut weight (4.05 g) and kernel weight (1.39 g) were obtained from the Ferragnes cultivar, the highest kernel ratio was obtained from the Marta cultivar (37.09%).
