The article is devoted to the study of deep transformations taking place in modern Ukrainian society, caused by external challenges (full-scale Russian aggression) and internal processes (reform, European integration). The relationship between civic identity, healthcare and public administration is analyzed, the relevance of the topic for the consolidation of society and the effectiveness of state institutions is emphasized. Based on the study, practical recommendations for public administration on using the potential of the healthcare sector to strengthen civic identity and increase social cohesion are developed.
