ABSTRACT In the face of increasing uncertainty, dynamic market demands, and environmental pressures, the logistics industry needs to be resilient, adaptive, and strategically managed. This paper considers resilient logistics not only as a reactive tool but also as a proactive strategic capability that integrates sustainability, cost effectiveness, and risk management. The conceptual model developed within the framework of dynamic capabilities and resource‐based approaches presents a multidimensional structure based on the current literature review. This model maps the evolution of the concept of resilience in logistics and categorizes it into strategic, operational, and technological dimensions. Moving beyond the focus on cost and sustainability in the literature, this study repositions logistics resilience as the cornerstone of long‐term competitive advantage. In this respect, the study reveals the relationship between strategic management practices and logistics resilience while offering practical implications for supply chain professionals. In the conclusion, the applicability of the conceptual model is discussed with recommendations for future research.
