To address visual issues such as reduced visual acuity, decreased contrast sensitivity, and glare caused by high-order aberrations (HOAs) of the human eye, this paper proposes a spectacle design method based on a personalized eye model. First, the eye model is personalized under a 5 mm pupil diameter condition to match the target eye's physiological data, wavefront aberrations data, and refractive sphere power. Then, the spectacle surface is optimized at multiple eye rotation angles while controlling the spectacle sag and refractive power variation. The final design results in a full-field spectacle that effectively corrects HOAs of the human eye under large pupil conditions, while also considering manufacturing feasibility and wearing comfort. The design results show that, under direct viewing, the total HOAs RMS value decreases by 36.04%. At high frequency of 80 cycles·mm-1, the MTF mean values of the eye-spectacle system at different rotation angles (20°, 10°, 0°, -10°, -20°) improve by 42%~69%, compared to correcting only low-order defocus. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the design method is verified through objective and subjective spectacle wear experiments. After wearing the axial field of view spectacle, the total HOAs RMS mean value decreases by 23.33% compared to the raw visual data. In subjective tests on glare sensitivity and high-frequency contrast sensitivity, the designed spectacle shows significant improvements over spherical and aspherical spectacles across all visual parameters.
