Abstract In the new power system distribution grid, the source-load mismatch is caused by the uncertainty of scenery and the randomness of EV charging behavior, and this paper proposes a new distribution grid EV charging guidance strategy based on random response capacity. First, the EV stochastic charging load is modeled. Then, to address the stochasticity of scenery output, Latin hypercubic sampling is used to generate scenarios, and the fast antecedent elimination technique with an improved reduction rate is utilized for scenario reduction. Finally, a DDPG EV charging control strategy is established. Simulation examples verify the effectiveness of the method.
