The article examines the problem of increasing the efficiency of maintenance and repair processes at agricultural motor transport enterprises through the introduction of digital technologies. The relevance of maintenance and repair processes digitalization is substantiated in the context of high seasonality of agricultural work, territorial distribution of equipment and the need to ensure its maximum readiness during periods of active field work. An adaptive model of maintenance and repair processes digitalization is proposed, taking into account the specifics of agricultural enterprises. The need to create a methodology for assessing the digital maturity of maintenance and repair processes and determining priority areas for digitalization was discussed.
