This study investigates the role of employee counseling in promoting psychological health, well-being, and organizational job performance. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research explores employees’ experiences and perceptions of counseling services across various sectors. The findings reveal that counseling significantly reduces stress, enhances coping mechanisms, and fosters a supportive work environment, which collectively improves productivity, engagement, and retention. Despite these benefits, challenges such as limited awareness, stigma, and resource constraints hinder effective implementation. The study recommends increasing organizational commitment, normalizing counseling through leadership endorsement, and developing culturally sensitive programs to maximize impact. The results contribute to understanding how integrated counseling services can enhance both employee well-being and organizational effectiveness.
