The study aimed to identify the level of creative leadership among school principals in Palestine and its relationship with job security among secondary school teachers in Palestinian schools. The sample consisted of 570 teachers, selected using stratified sampling. A correlational descriptive methodology was employed. The study found that the level of creative leadership among secondary school principals in Palestine was high. The results also indicated that the level of job security among secondary school teachers in Palestine was high. Furthermore, the findings showed a positive correlation between creative leadership and job security among teachers. The study recommended that principals focus on reducing work-related stress for teachers according to available resources and support the provision of incentive bonuses for teachers to achieve financial stability.
