This study investigates strategies for enhancing supply chain resilience in the post-pandemic context, with an emphasis on shifting from reactive crisis management to anticipatory resilience. Employing a systematic literature review and qualitative content analysis, the research synthesizes recent academic contributions and policy frameworks published between 2020 and 2025. The methodology involved a rigorous selection process across leading academic databases and policy sources, resulting in a final sample of 29 peer-reviewed articles and institutional reports. Key findings reveal a paradigm shift in resilience thinking, characterized by the integration of digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and digital twins, alongside structural interventions like supply network regionalization, supplier diversification, and public-private collaboration. The study identifies six strategic domains central to modern resilience: digital transformation, inventory and logistics optimization, supplier relationship management, organizational adaptability, regulatory policy, and anticipatory risk planning. It further highlights barriers to implementation, including financial constraints, cultural resistance, and unintended consequences such as over-redundancy and geopolitical tensions. The study concludes that building future-proof supply chains requires a balanced, integrated approach that prioritizes adaptability, sustainability, and systems thinking. Practical implications are offered for practitioners and policymakers, alongside recommendations for future research focused on human-centric resilience, sector-specific outcomes, and interdisciplinary frameworks. This study contributes to the evolving discourse on global supply chain transformation, providing a timely and comprehensive foundation for stakeholders seeking to navigate uncertainty and create resilient value networks.
