The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems and prospects of investment support for the inclusive development of Ukraine`s agricultural sector under conditions of economic instability, martial law, and socio-economic transformations. It is established that agriculture remains one of the key sectors of the economy, playing an important role in ensuring food security, supporting employment, and maintaining regional stability. The current legal acts regulating investment activity in agriculture, particularly the Law of Ukraine «On Investment Activity» and the Law of Ukraine «On State Support of Agriculture of Ukraine» are analyzed. The main problems hindering effective investment attraction are explored, including the instability of financial markets, infrastructure destruction, limited access to credit resources, and high risks associated with investing in the agricultural sector. Special attention is given to the need to transition to inclusive investment models that involve broad segments of the rural population in economic processes, promote the development of small and medium-sized producers, foster the innovative development of rural areas, and ensure the social resilience of communities. The article substantiates the directions for improving investment support mechanisms, including enhancing the accessibility of financial resources for farming enterprises, stimulating private and public investment, applying innovative technologies, and integrating sustainable development principles into agricultural policy. It concludes that it is necessary to develop adaptive investment strategies capable of addressing contemporary challenges and promoting inclusive growth in Ukraine`s agricultural sector.
