This study evaluates the impact of mobile health applications on patient engagement and health management. With the growing use of digital health solutions, understanding their effectiveness in enhancing patient involvement and optimizing health outcomes is crucial. The objective of this research is to analyze how mobile health apps influence patient behavior, self-management practices, and overall health engagement. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing surveys to gather data from users of various health applications. The findings indicate a positive correlation between the use of mobile health applications and increased patient engagement, including improved self-monitoring, adherence to treatment plans, and proactive health management. Furthermore, the study reveals that user-friendly interfaces and personalized features significantly enhance user experience and engagement levels.
